Day four of our Premier League countdown sees a whole host of specials boosted for David Moyes’ Sunderland side in preparation for the upcoming campaign.

They survived the drop last time out by the skin of their teeth, following a six-game unbeaten run which saw them take maximum points from Chelsea, Everton and fellow relegation rivals Norwich.

But Sunderland have since seen their boss snapped up by the FA for the England role, and now there’s a new man in charge.

So if you were fancying a punt or two on how the Black Cats’ campaign will pan out, we’ve boosted some specials just for today…

08:00-12:00: Sunderland to score 50 or more Premier League goals was 4/1, NOW 6/1

Big Sam’s Sunderland were two goals away from achieving this last campaign, but their new manager has seen his side score 50 or more in each of his last seven full seasons in the Premier League.

12:00-15:00: Sunderland to be relegated was 9/4, NOW 3/1

They say 40 points is enough to guarantee Premier League safety. However, Sunderland have defied logic in each of their last four seasons by failing to reach that target. Should they do so again this time out, fear the worst.

15:00-18:00: Sunderland to finish in the Top 10 was 7/2, NOW 5/1

The last time Sunderland finished in the top 10 was back in the 2010-11 campaign, but David Moyes hasn’t led a Premier League club to a finish outside the top half since 2006.

18:00-22:00: Jermain Defoe to score 16 or more Premier League goals was 7/2, NOW 5/1

The 33-year old English striker bagged 15 league goals last season in 33 appearances, playing a vital role in Sunderland’s survival. The 5/1 on the deadly poacher to go one better this time out is great value.

Maximum bet £/€50, singles only. Boosts available for a limited time only during advertised periods.*
