David masterminds the team's creative offering, working closely with Ladbrokes’ PR agency, Freud Communications, to ensure the most cutting-edge viral campaigns and imaginative PR ideas find their way into the press. Ciaran leads our corporate communications with a calm assurance that has seen him rise to become the acceptable face of betting. Frequently busy but never one to over-heat, Ciaran oversees all our dealings with MPs, the business press and key stakeholders keen to see a flourishing Ladbrokes. He advises senior management on the loftiest of political issues and is the go-to man at Ladbrokes when the company is announcing a major acquisition or strategic change to the press. He's regularly apppeared on TV and radio programmes discussing the latest industry developments. Ciaran has over 15 years of experience in PR, having worked previously at a leading London PR agency before coming to head up the Ladbrokes team in 2005.

Alex joined the Ladbrokes PR Team in Autumn 2010 and comes with an infectious enthusiasm for all elements of sports and novelty betting. He made his TV debut on Sky News outside Buckingham Palace on the day of the announcement of the royal wedding and his wax jacket and fresh faced looks have quickly become his trademark. A big Everton fan and a self-confessed novelty betting statto, he can happily reel off odds for anything from the next Premiership manager to go, to the chances of the X Factor winner having the Christmas number one. Alex is fully trained in all media work and available for radio, TV and written press comment on all novelty items and sports betting markets.

Richard is the team's political guru, known for his governmental and electoral knowledge as much as his smouldering good looks. A former adviser to MPs, his role combines dealing with legislation that affects the betting and gaming industry as well as leading on our political betting markets. Hayley is the face and voice of bookmaking in Ireland. Steeped in racing from childhood, Hayley became Ladbrokes Ireland's very first PR representative and whilst horse-racing remains her first love (Hayley owns a string of horses, some of which even win), she is often found preaching the Ladbrokes gospel on RTE, in the Irish papers and radio networks, and anywhere that we suspect punters are hiding. Easy to spot with the contents of her handbag spewing wherever she goes, Hayley's relentless pursuit of good publicity for Ladbrokes Ireland has seen the firm well represented on racecourses, greyhound tracks, Croke Park and, of course - her favourite gig of the year - betting on the Rose of Tralee.
