Robben starts as Holland battle Slovakia for quarter-final spot

Holland vs Slovakia – teams announced

Holland have recalled Arjen Robben for their round of 16 tie against Slovakia, which kicks off at 3pm.

Bayern Munich winger Robben replaces Rafael Van Der Vaart but, apart from this switch, Holland are unchanged from their last Group E match with Cameroon.

Robin Van Persie starts in attack, and the Arsenal striker is 7/2 to score the opening goal and set Holland on their way to what should be a comfortable victory. They are 2/5 to win.

Three of Slovakia’s goals at the World Cup have been scored by Robert Vittek, and the forward is 8/1 to give Slovakia a surprising lead with the game’s first goal. Vittek is joined in attack by Erik Jendrisek.

The confirmed starting line-ups are:

Holland: Stekelenburg; Van Der Weil, Heitinga, Mathijsen, Van Bronckhorst (Captain); De Jong, Van Bommel; Kuyt, Sneijder, Robben; Van Persie

Slovakia: Mucha; Pekarik, Skrtel, Zabavnik, Durica; Stoch, Kucka, Hamsik (Captain), Weiss; Jendrisek, Vittek
