Money back on losing match result bets if Man Utd score first but don’t win the game

Sir Alex Ferguson heads into this Sunday clash with Queens Park Rangers under increasing pressure to strengthen his squad in January.

Darren Fletcher has now been ruled out for the rest of the season leaving United looking thin on the ground in terms of midfield options.

However, this is the chance that the likes of Paul Pogba have been waiting for and, with QPR winning just one of their previous six Premier League games, the young United players will never get a better chance to stake a claim for a first team spot…

Match odds

United are understandably the big 1/2 favourites for this clash and it’s difficult to see beyond a win for the reigning Premier League champions.

Since their 6-1 hammering by Manchester City, United have won five of their six league games and remain undefeated away from Old Trafford in the league this term.

Meanwhile, QPR have won just one of their seven home league games this season – and that was a 1-0 victory against a Chelsea side reduced to nine men before half-time.

If you can see an upset though, then QPR can be backed at 6/1 to bag a victory and 3/1 to sneak a draw.

Goal markets

United have scored one goal in each of their previous five Premier League away games and have won the last three 1-0.

United can be backed at 6/1 to get another 1-0 victory this Sunday.

However, Heidar Helguson has bagged six goals in his previous seven league appearances and is currently 9/1 to open the scoring at Loftus Road.

Finally, Wayne Rooney – who bagged two in his last league game against Wolves – is favourite to find the net first at 11/4 and is 4/7 to score at any time.
